Ee Kee Noodle Manufacturer was established in 1987. The business budded from MADAM EE’s interest of learning to make Yee Mee from her sister. Soon, she decided to turn her interest into a viable business as a noodle vendor with her husband. Within a short period of time, their homemade Yee Mee became popular for its sincerity and fresh ingredients used. Their customers became the couple’s motivation to work harder to create their own brand of noddles. They increased their range of noodle products including Wan Tan Mee, Pan Mee, Quan Dan Mee,Wan Tan Pe, Sui Kao Pe and others. Due to their passion in ensuring the best quality of their noodles, the couple personally oversaw the process of each noodles produced. They ascertain that their two sons underwent the painstaking process of noodle making because it is the only way for them to understand the importance of maintaining the noodle quality. Although the company was handed over to their sons, the couple still cares about their products by heart. They still visit the company daily to take a look at their products.
